This is the one bathroom service where a third party sets your schedule. Stone is templated on site after the cabinet is installed, then fabricated off site. We install a temporary sink solution where a household needs it and coordinate the return visit so plumbing and top happen the same day.

Can I fit a double vanity in my bathroom?

The honest threshold is about 60 inches of clear wall, and even then two sinks means giving up most of the counter you'd set things on. Under 60 inches, a single wide sink with a full-length top usually serves people better — we'll mock up both against your wall measurement.

Quartz or granite for a bathroom top?

Quartz wins in most baths: no sealing, uniform pattern across a small slab, and total resistance to the acidic products that etch marble and dull granite polish. Granite still makes sense when you want unique movement and don't mind resealing every year or two.

Why is templating a separate visit from installation?

Stone is cut from a digital template of the installed cabinet base, not the drawing. So the cabinet goes in first, the fabricator templates it, and the top returns roughly one to two weeks later. Planning that gap up front keeps your sink from being out longer than it needs to be.
