Budget across a large square footage usually lands on LVP or laminate. We walk the house and give you a per-room recommendation, not one answer for the whole job.

We handle removal and disposal as part of the quote. Whether the old floor has to come up depends on what it is — a single layer of well-bonded vinyl can sometimes stay under a floating floor, but carpet, tile and anything loose or uneven always comes out.

This is the detail that separates a clean job from an obvious one. We plan transition strips, height changes and threshold locations before ordering, so the doorway between your tiled entry and your LVP living room lands under the closed door, not three inches into the hallway.

You don't have to. We can move and return standard furniture as part of the scope; we ask that you handle breakables, electronics and anything with sentimental value yourself. Appliances, pianos and safes get quoted separately.
