Handyman & Small Repairs
Every house builds up a list: a door that sticks, a drywall ding from moving a couch, a wobbly towel bar, trim that separated from the wall last winter. None of it is urgent on its own, which is exactly why it never gets done. We work through the whole list in one scheduled visit instead of making you find a different contractor for every single item.

What a handyman visit covers
- Drywall patching and texture matching for holes, cracks, and nail pops
- Trim, baseboard, and door casing repair or replacement
- Interior and exterior door adjustments — sticking, misaligned, or damaged doors
- Fixture installation: light fixtures, ceiling fans, towel bars, and hardware
- Caulking and sealant renewal around tubs, sinks, and trim joints
- Minor tile repair and grout touch-up
- Punch-list consolidation — we price and schedule multiple small items in one visit
- Touch-up painting to match existing wall and trim color after any repair
Process note: batching for efficiency
Small jobs are inefficient one at a time — a single trip charge for a five-minute fix doesn't make sense for you or for us. We ask for your full list up front, group similar tasks (all the drywall, all the trim, all the fixtures), and schedule one visit that gets through everything in the right order.
- 1Send your list of repairs — photos help us scope accurately
- 2We provide a batched price for the full list, not per-item quotes
- 3Schedule a visit; most punch lists are completed same-day
- 4Materials matched to existing texture, trim profile, and paint color
- 5Final walkthrough to confirm every item on the list is resolved

FAQs about this service
Is there a job too small for you to take?
Not really, though we do work in punch lists rather than single one-off calls where possible, since that's more efficient for both of us. If you've got a running list — a sticking door, a cracked switch plate, a loose handrail, drywall dings from moving furniture — send it over and we'll price the whole batch in one visit.
Can you match existing trim, drywall texture, or paint?
Yes, that's most of what makes a repair invisible instead of obvious. For drywall patches we match the existing texture (orange peel, knockdown, smooth) before priming. For trim, we match profile and reveal so a patched section doesn't stand out. Bring us the paint code or a chip if you have one, or we'll color-match on site.
Do you do handyman work or only full renovations?
Both, but they're scheduled differently. Small repairs and punch lists get fit into our schedule as standalone visits, usually within a week or two. Larger scopes — a full room remodel — go through our renovation planning process. If you're not sure which yours is, describe it and we'll tell you.
What's your minimum charge for a small repair visit?
We price by the job, not a flat trip fee stacked on top of hourly time, so a small single-item repair and a five-item punch list are each quoted for what they actually take. Tell us what's on your list and we'll give you a number before we schedule.
