What every STRYDE Home project comes with
These are commitments we can document on request — not marketing claims.
Fully insured
General liability and workers' compensation coverage on every job in North Carolina and Virginia. Ask for a certificate of insurance and we'll send it — property managers can have ours on file before the first work order.
IICRC certified restoration
Water mitigation, structural drying and mold remediation are performed to IICRC standards, with moisture readings and daily logs documented the way insurance adjusters expect to see them.
1-year workmanship warranty
We warrant our labor for one year from completion. It covers defects in how we installed the work. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from causes outside our scope. Manufacturer warranties on materials run separately and we hand you that documentation at closeout.
Written scope, fixed price
You get the scope, the materials and the price in writing before demolition starts. Anything that changes mid-project is documented and approved by you before we do it.
