STRYDE Home — bathroom remodeling, renovation, restoration and rental turnovers
Renovation Services

The projects you've been meaning to get to, finished properly

Renovation work is planned work. You have time to choose materials, compare bids and pick a start date — so the thing that matters most is whether the crew that shows up actually finishes what they started. STRYDE Home runs renovation projects the same way we run bathrooms: measured scope, written allowances, one point of contact.

Questions

Renovation FAQs

Can you handle several renovation projects at once?

That's usually the cheaper way to do it. Combining flooring, paint and door replacement into one mobilization means one dust-control setup, one schedule, and one crew moving room to room instead of three separate start dates and three separate trip charges.

What's the right order for a multi-room renovation?

Broadly: electrical and anything inside the walls, then doors and trim, then paint, then flooring last so it isn't walked on and covered. We'll sequence your specific list at the estimate — occasionally we flip paint and flooring when a pre-finished floor is going in.

Do I need to be home while you work?

No. Most of our renovation clients give us a lockbox or code and get daily photo updates. For selection-dependent days — paint sheen approval, floor layout, hardware placement — we schedule a short window when you can be on site.

How far out are you booking?

Planned renovation work typically starts two to six weeks after contract, depending on scope and material lead times. Nothing is ordered until selections are locked, so the honest answer at your estimate is a start window, not a guess.

Do you work in Charlotte and Virginia too?

Yes. Beyond the Piedmont Triad we regularly take renovation projects in the Charlotte metro and in Danville and Roanoke, Virginia. Larger, multi-trade scopes travel best; single-day repairs are usually better served closer to home.

Bold design. Flawless craftsmanship. Built to last.
